Extract a sentence from a text file having a particular keyword search another keyword in the same

have a text file which has unstructured data, and want to extract a complete string containing a particular word and search for another word in that string, the index of the word is not fixed.
any help would be appreciated

Would you like to extract only particular word from the string, or the sentence, or what exactly?
What would be the pattern? Could you give some example?
