Export pdf as image exports signatures

I have vouchers PDF . i wants to split them & extract some value from each vouchers.
When i use export pdf as image activity to convert pdf page into image it exports only signatures contains on that page not a whole page. Do know any solution for this?

Could you confirm on the activity used ? Is it Export PDF Page as Image activity or Extract Images from PDF ?
