Hi Roxana! My name is Cesar Crespo. I have post a question on the Community forum but noone has answered it. This is why I send you this email. I am desperate. I need to know how to switch on an unattended Uipath robot from my main business application. I have a developer who is able to build the robot with Uipath Community license, and the way he proposes to send the relevant info to this robot is by making the bot to look into some tables where the main web application will have stored the info. As soon as the bot sees that there is new info, it will start functioning. However this is not optimal, since the bot will go to look for new info every X seconds, I need it to start working at any client’s demand, on online basis. The client performs an operation in the main web business application, and this is the signal for the bot to start running.

Is there anybody that could give any advice on how to automatically send the bot the order for starting operation and how it can send a signal to main application when it has finished working?

Thank you very much for your help and kindness,

César Crespo

Thank you, everyone, for the support. Hope you all found it useful. If you missed the Live session, the story should still be available on Instagram.com/uipathglobal at least for the next couple of hours.

Happy Automation!
