Exclude Holidays & Weekends

Hi All,

I need to get the Start date as the Previous Day-Date excluding Holidays & Weekends.

Eg. Assuming 5/28/2020 & 5/29/2020 is a holiday (i.e. From Holiday List) and If Today is 6/1/2020, so my Start Date should exclude 6/1/2020 (Current Date), 5/31/2020 (Sunday), 5/30/2020 (Saturday), 5/29/2020 (Friday), 5/28/2020 (Thursday). Hence my Start Date should be 5/27/2020.
