Exception from HRESULT: 0x800AC472 when using Invoke VBA in combination with Microsoft Office license error

Dear Community,

I got a new problem. I have been using some invoke VBA operation for a long time. It worked fine. And now since some Weeks I get this HRESULT: 0x800AC472 exception. The process runs in the Orchestrator. When I open the VDI-Machine where the robot runs, I see the following error, which causes the exception:

I never get this Office error, when opening excel manually. I tried to use kill process to kill excel before executing Invoke VBA, but it doesnt seem to work. I also installed the Office Software again. Do you have any Ideas or experience with that? Thank you!

Yes the HRESULT error you got usually means the application didn’t open successfully

This seems like it’s a problem with your application on the machine. I think you might need to investigate this with your support team for the VDI.

That’s what I’m thinking anyway.
