I have a question. When I run my program, and when Excel is open or not. It opens an error of it saying: Excel is starting, please try again later.

Can you share a screenshot of the error?

I already fixed this problem. I can still post a picture of the error if you want.

how did you manage to fix the problem?

There was 2 ways, 1) Restart Excel or 2) Go to desktop view and there should be an error popup. You press ok or accept and it works
