Error with Select Item activity dropdown: HRESULT E_FAIL

Hello,

I used the Select Item activity for a dropdown menu of a desktop application, but I keep getting the error:

Source: Select Item ‘list item 01’ (Select Item ‘list item 01’)

Message: Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.

Exception Type: UiPath.Core.ElementOperationException

How do I fix this?

Could you please show me screenshot of that drop down item in application and also how you are passing it.

Make sure it should be case sensitive and no spaces before or after the item.

It looks like two drop down selectors are combined. Is it right?
