Error in installing studio

Hai Team,
I am trying to install studio I downloading the link but once installation is complete its not giving me the option to choose b/w studio or studiox its directly installing studiox but I need studio how to tackle this.

It might be licensing issue are you using community or enterprise level edition

I checked but not getting the option to change the profile

I did sign-in using that account only only studiox option its showing

  1. First check the license in your orchestrator - Admin->Licenses-> Should display community here not free
  2. If 1 is community then check if a automation developer or rpa devloper role is given to the user you used to login to assistant Orchestrator->Tenant->Manage access-> Edit users-> Roles

thats the issue…it shows free…free users will not have access to studio

if you need it…delete the organization completely and create a new account in community edition signup page

if not you can use a different email and this time can create community edition

you would have upgraded to studio pro or trail version so when you do that after trail period the license converts to free instead of community

I didnot do anything using studio after long-time community now.

Hi,

In orchestrator first go to admin tab and go to Licenses tab. From there enable enterprise trial version. Once done go to studio and in settings —> License and Profile select studio
