Error: Get IMAP Mail Messages: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Hello Folks,

I am facing an issue with get IMAP mail message activity.
I gave all the required values which are username, password, port number, server name, mail folder, and output variable which is the type of list of mail messages.
Though I have updated the new version of packages but still getting error as below

“Get IMAP Mail Messages: Object reference not set to an instance of an object”

Does anyone have any idea?

Are you sure the source of error is Get IMAP messages.

Because if you supplied all the values to it, there should be no other way to get object reference error.

If you can just paste the entire error info if possible please…

It will be helpful to debug.

Actually I just checked that my outlook is not sending or receiving mails.
So I have to resolve that on prior.

I will get back on this if I faced any impediment after solving this outlook application issue.
