Encoding ANSI windows-1255

Hello,
I am trying to write a text into a notepad as a text file,
I would like the text to be written in ANSI 1255 encoding,
I used the “Write Text File” activity in the properties > Encoding > I entered there : “Windows-1255”
But it creates the file with the text as it is without any changes,

please advice,

I think there is information for encoding at right-bottom corner in Notepad. It’s Windows-1255 or ANSI, isnt it?
