Because they are present in your DataTable you are writing. Please don’t open multiple questions for the same issue.

in your original excel first entry starts with no.4
in your workflow it seems rollno and rollindex are starting at 0 and 1.
maybe this causes those empty rows.
else just delete all data but 2 rows in your excel and debug.
i bet youll find the issue in no time by doing that.
