Embed PDF file in Excel sheet

Hello all,

I want to embed PDF file in Sheet2 cell no B7. I have an excel with multiple sheets. First i want to go to Sheet 2 and Embed PDF file as an object with Display icon.

How to do this? Plz upload workflow if possible
