Element Exists - Documentation

Hi,

Is there any documents which explains the ‘Element Exists’ activity?

The documentation (link below) I found looks out of date.

I am new to UiPath and I found it frustrating to build even simple processes as documentations are either incomplete or irrelevant.

I am using a Recording Sequence and as part of the process I am trying to check if a button is available, if not then I need to delay it for a few seconds then recheck if the element is there.

Would appreciate any help.
