Try Using different OCR:

  1. Microsoft OCR
  2. tesseract OCR
  3. Omni Page OCR
  4. Abby OCR

Hi @meer.s

It is difficult to achieve 100% extraction success for hand written text, that is where you will use the human in the loop for validation.
Use the confidence score to decide when you want to have a human in the loop and when to have direct processing.

Thanks for your suggestion, can explain more on the confidence score to decide, I need some clarifications as how to decide do we need to decide manually or do we need to automate, Please let know as far as I have understood that in Presentation validation score is displayed, do we have any activity as such that when to skip presentation validation station.

I have used all these OCRs but no luck , for Handwritten UipathDocumentOCR is more supportive, but that it self is failing.
