Draw on maps

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to recognize a road on a Google Maps type map from a GPS point and then draw a frame around the road as in the attached example.

If you know the atart and end marks then can try entrring them in start and end boxes and click direction…

I dont think you can draw boxes and all
