Does anyone have a use case of the best practice of RPA implementation? From a business point of view, not a developer one

I’m trying to find a best practice business case for RPA implementation and it would be really helpfull to have a guide from the business POV.
What I mean by this is the initial approach, the methodology used to manage the project, the post implementation and so on.
