The out of the box Utilities ML model successfully retrieves the correct Service from date, but does not populate the Day/Month/Year in Action Center. This causes validation errors in our workflows later when it tries to confirm that the date is in a proper format. When extracting a value “09-25-24”, the fields do not auto-populate. However, when the value is changed to “09-25-2024”, then fields populate. Can this be corrected in a future update to populate the date fields when a MM-DD-YY format is extracted?
