Document is invalid after Uipath studio re-installed

Hi Team,
Accidently my UiPath re-installed today, but the existing document turns to be invalid, cannot be opened. Could you please help to advise how to fix the issue ?

Your recently installed UiPath may require update if you installed UiPath Community version. You can keep UiPath running and restart UiPath later to get it auto updated.

Try to restart the system and reopen

Alternately try changing the project.json file name and reopen it and check if that resolves

Else it wuld be good idea to show the detailed log here

Thanks, already tried to rename and reopen, but it cannot open the process file. could you please help to advise how to fix ? attached the log file for reference.

Can you please try copying few other xaml files from this project to another project and check if those can be recovered

there are multiple errors…few looks like the orchestrator is not connect, one is for a xaml file missing etc

Orchestrator is connect now, but still cannot open the xaml file, even I tried to copy this xaml to a new project.
by the way, these xaml can be used under activity “Invoke process”.

Looks like only ypur main xaml is having some issue…try to copy remaining xamls and check if they open…also looks like the system activties is having some trouble or the xaml is mal formed…

If system activities is the issue one thing you can try is to open project.json as text file and edit the system activities version to a more latest version matching the studio version and try to reopen and see if that fixes…

Here is the fixed version of your RPA flow. You have to open it using UiPath 2023.6.1 or later.

May I know the root cause？ is it due to my UiPath version that I need to upgrade the version to 2023.6.1 or later.

I changed the project to “Windows” from “Legacy” in file project.json to solve your issue as shown in the screenshot.

Windows Legacy in UiPath Studio will be not supported in future and hence UiPath Studio requires user to convert windows Legacy project to Windows project.
