How do I get my CPU Utilization data of last 30 minutes or 1 hour data ?

Not sure if you can get historical CPU usage.

What you can do is setup the profile of Windows Performance Monitor (perfmon) to get this information for a period of time and save it on a log file.

Then you can read the log file and do your analysis.
