Should we be using Task Mining for larger workflow opportunities and only be using Task Capture for small to medium opportunities? What all is required to begin a Task Mining activity? To start Task Mining, you need:
- Task Mining enabled in Automation Cloud
- Proper licenses
- Data collection (users/machines) and Automation Hub integration
Free users cannot use Task Mining. It’s available only with the required licenses.
Task Capture, on the other hand, can be used for free.
