Date TimeArgument Different Error

Helo i have problem when i input manually the date in assistant argument for example in the image above i input 7 December and the output in my program is 6 December at time 17.0

.it cause because my time is +7 and the asistan input argument time is UTC AT + 0 time. how i solve it ? thanks
