Date formats are changing when moving data from one sheet to another sheet

I have one excel file in that multiple sheets are there, need to move the data from one sheet to another sheet and in that sheet dates are there in the format(MM-dd-yyyy). While moving the data from one sheet to another sheet then dates formates are changing in (dd-MM-yyyy and MM/dd/yyyy) how to fix this problem…
I need ur help …

NOTE:- Chaging only few dates and i mentioned only few dates in sheet bulk data is there.
