Database per tenant

Hi,
I was wondering if I missed the release/version where Orchestrator allowed for a database per tenant.
The hype about it was massive around mid-summer, but I can’t find any mention in the release notes. Maybe it has not been released yet, or I have been living under a rock (could happen).

When is it coming, and will there be a(ny) migration tool(s) allowing to split an existing database into its tenant instances?
