D drive in DB server has exceeded 80% capacity. How to reduce it

In Database server , D Drive is exceeded to 80% , how can i reduce it.
Previously it is below 80% but now it is increased.
Does it happen because of large amount of logs stored in sql server.

How we can check or reduce it.
