Use Case Description
The solution developed with UiPath implements a robust and efficient automation consisting of three integrated robots, significantly optimizing the workflow and reducing manual effort.
The first automation using Studio Desktop collects protocols from the Newcon Workflow website, organizing them into a queue and storing documents in a storage bucket.
The second automation using Studio Web uses Document Understanding to extract data from the documents, creating validation tasks in UiPath Actions to ensure greater accuracy and control.
Finally, the third automation using Studio Desktop completes the process by inputting the validated data directly into the Newcon website. This solution delivers increased speed, standardization, and security, freeing the team to focus on strategic activities.
