how to schedule a process on alternate sunday at noon or twice per month using the cron expression?

You should be able to easily search the web for the Cron expression generator. There are plenty which will let you select different options and result on the ready Cron expression.

I have try with cron formatter online
but not able to schedule it.
either getting invalid expr or it not being schedule BI monthly
