Job Description:
Credigy has an immediate need for a Sr. level Automation Developer to help lead our UiPath/Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team to streamline processes and improve efficiencies across business units. The Sr. RPA Developer will join our IT team at our corporate headquarters in Norcross, GA. You will work closely with end-users to understand their needs and develop automated solutions that improve processes, reduce costs and increase productivity. This is a high-profile role with a lot of visibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in the bottom line. The core responsibility shall be to support the information needs of the organization using the tools and required skills contained herein as part of the Credigy IT team. This is a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment that requires someone who can be consistently counted on to deliver results quickly, effectively, and with a sense of urgency.

Required Education, Experience, and Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business-related area required.
7+ years of software development experience with a minimum of 2 years of RPA experience, preferably in UiPath.
Lead the technical architecture for all UiPath solutions.
Design, develop and configure Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software systems to meet business process and application requirements.
Mentor the RPA team on coding best practices, perform code reviews to provide constructive feedback on improving overall code quality and time to delivery.
Detail-oriented with the ability to produce high-quality work and an organized work structure.
Ability to manage change and thrive in a high-pressure, high-growth environment.
Ability to recognize business challenges and create effective solutions for those challenges.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a desire to improve existing processes, develop technical skills, and implement best practices.
Provide assistance to application development staff as needed.
Must be self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision, and be able to learn quick
