Hello guys,
I have used Create HTML Content to send a template using “send outlook mail message” but the html code itself appearing in the mail itself. Does anyone have the solution.

In the properties of the Send Outlook Message activity under Options, there should be a check box for property “IsBodyHTML” you must make sure that is checked when sending HTML in body.

Please watch the below video. If you need to add HTML content to the email body then you need to enable IsHTML property.
