Copy columns from One excel sheet to another + Preserve Style + Color of columns

I have the columns like the image above.

I have to copy paste it in a diff excel file (test-Copy). The style and the color has to be preserved.

I have attached both the excel files.

I tried that. The data is copied but the style and colors are fonts are not preserved.

It just pastes the data into the new excel. I need the style and colors to be retained.

This is how it looks:

Looks like copy paste range activity is only when we copy paste in different sheets in same excel.

I have 2 different excel files.

I think you can copy paste to other workbooks also. As per the document that is possible.
Please refer the below document for better understanding.
