Convert text month from EN to TH

I want to convert text from April to เมษายน (EN-TH)

Please guide me about it.

Hi,

There are some ways to achieve it. I think dictionary is one of the easiest way, as the following.

note: Create dictionary in advance: key is English month name, value is Thai month name.
