Conversation agent error

I m getting below error in conversational agent which was working before..I have sufficient agent and ai units .may i know how to fix
" the data service could not run due to an operational issue: “Not enough Robot Units to run the automation. Please contact your administrator.”

This runs on a Serverless robot which consumes Platform units or Robot Units as per your license type.

Here both are unavailable due to which you are getting this error.

You robot units (Platform units) are exhausted due to which you are getting this error. Any tools used in agent and agent runs on serverless (UiPath cloud) machine which consumes Robot/Platform units and the LLM calls in agent consumes AI units.

You need to add some robot/platform units to the tenant.

The error means your Robot Units are fully used, even if Agent/AI units are free. Check your Robot Units license and free up any busy or stuck robots. Restart or redeploy if needed. Robot Units control automation capacity separately from AI units.

Go to Admin tab then robot services and make sure you have Robot units available.
