Hi i am looking for the assistance to fix the below issue. while i am trying to do automation with SMTP, i am receiving the error “connection attempt failed because the connected party did not respond after period of time”

Can anyone please help me to fix this

Is this Error coming for every mail id you are trying to send or coming in general every time?

Hi,
Some useful information might be found also under “Details” and “Open Logs” options on the execution error. Please share them as well.

There might be multiple root causes for this error, some of them such as:

• Host details might be introduced incorrectly → here is a good guide on how to get the right values for Office.

• Port might be blocked due to firewall settings-> check if port is open.
