Connect to data base

Hi!!

I am trying connecting to sql data base but when I run my project it is shown the following message

Does someone knows why the error is shown?
How can I solve it?

Connection string= “Server=‘lola’;Database=‘dba’;User Id=‘MXS0rrr’;Password=‘shjhd’”
Provider Name=“System.Data.OleDb”
In fact, I have tried with “System.Data.SQqlClient” and it is shown the same message
