Combine Columns into one with data separator of Semicolon

Hi Everyone,

This is sample of primary table,

And Check and Do not check are the flags by which we choose which entity are used in the table of state.

Those columns which has value checked will be copied in different table with a different header “State”. As a sample below.

List of states are not fixed and can increase or decrease but the flag of check and copy data to new datatable with new header will be fixed.
