Cloud Login issue, Redirecting Loop

I’m having trouble logging into https://cloud.uipath.com on a newly installed Windows Server 2019. The login page loads, but after entering my credentials, it gets stuck in a loop. I’ve tested this on several browsers, and the Windows system is fully updated to the latest version. Could someone assist me with this issue? Below is a screenshot of what I’m experiencing.

This could be due to a number of reasons, so I totally recommend review the access issue with your infrastructure team. What would I check?

  • Firewall
  • VPN
  • Single Sign On, considering the second screenshot references ‘authCallback’ I’m inclined to believe the problem lies there, most likely the redirect URL is not properly configured
  • UiPath Service status UiPath Status

Try this:
Clear browser cache, check system date and time, disable browser extensions, ensure cookies are enabled, try a different up-to-date browser, check firewall/proxy settings, and confirm system updates(Windows Update can resolve the issue.)
