Client security hash execution success but still resubmission requested in academy

hi all

i got my client security program executed successfully but still i get as resubmission requested . Both robot login mail and academy mail Id’s are same ,but still i get as resubmission requested

Hi,

Have you reset data before submission?

Normally what we do after executing the bot we upload the assignment and we do not reset the data because they evaluate the assignment based on that data.

No i havn’t reset the data. They are in the completed status

try to run the assignment again and then upload it.

Maybe try checking the “WID” mentioned is doing right or not . If that is also fine try to take some time and then submit
