How do you clear local storage for UI issues for Automation Cloud?
If you experience an issue in the UI that appears to be a problem with your browser cache and not with the platform or UI itself, clear your local storage by following these steps:
In Google Chrome:
- Access https://cloud.uipath.com/ in your browser
- Open your Dev Tools
- Under the 'Application' tab, click on Local Storage
- Click on https://cloud.uipath.com
- Right Click and select Clear
- Refresh the page
- Log in again and re-test.
In FireFox:
- Access https://cloud.uipath.com/ in your browser
- Open the FireFox Web Developer -> Inspector
- Under the 'Storage' tab, click on Local Storage
- Click on https://cloud.uipath.com
- Right-click and select Clear
- Refresh the page
- Login again and re-test.
