I would like to create a chatbot using Dialogflow or any other platform
but most of the topics are outdated and google dialogflow ES is deprecated

yes, and I have just now checked out the youtube video (Whatsapp chatbot for UiPath using Epsilon). Unfortunately, the Epsilon chatbot server is down, and I am still searching for any chatbot platform which can be connected to Uipath.
