If the file ended with .txt i would just change the end but it looks like this, any help would be appreciated

Right click on the file, select rename, and then change the file extension.

@alpersahin Thank you for the reply, WPF_30_ANYCPU_ExpenseIt_-_Copy_o3elp , thats how the text looks, would i just add the .txt and .exe at the end as shown above
Yes, as @alpersahin mentioned, use a Move File activity as shown above. “Moving” the file in this context will essentially overwrite the .txt file into an .exe file.
