Change Template format in JSON format

I have template i want change in json format.Is it possible?
Ex-[Full Name]
[City]

Dear [Name],

This is to record that you are relieved from the services of the company with effect from the close of business hours on [LWD].

We confirm that you were an employee with xyz from [DOJ] to [LWD] and your designation at the time of leaving was [Designation]; Employee Code: [ZT00XX].

We still feel that the input data is incomplete. We do not see the Json format or it’s Data. However, you have provided us with a Mail Body, where it is assumed we would have to replace the [Keywords] with the corresponding value in Json.

Do confirm on the other data and what is to be performed.
