PowerPoint activities will perform the actions in the background. When bot executing the PowerPoint activities, the PowerPoint will not open in the foreground.
Simply I can say it is a background process.

Yes thats correct u cant see the action performed in powerpoint in foreground but can perform the action in background .
Are u able to achieve the task of replacing ??

There are set of reasons for this error… @Vincent_Nuestro
→ May be you provided PowerPoint file path is wrong, check the file path.
→ If PowerPoint file is corrupted you will face this error.
→ If your UiPath.Presentation.activities package version is low then update the version in manage packages and keep the lowest as applicable for the runtime rule.
Check all the above scenarios

– The PowerPoint Is not corrupted, i can open it
