I tried today to access my academy account, once I logged in I was redirected to account details page with information that “It is required to complete the mandatory fields before you can get full access to the platform”. I’ve updated my whole profile, saved changes, but still when I try to access courses, I’m being redirected to “Account settings”
Seems that classic “log out - log in” procedure helped.
