dt_Assets variable is showing null value in local variable panel. Thats y you are getting this error. Debug previous steps and ensure dt_Assets datables has some rows.

In addition to @kadiravan_kalidoss points check whether the dt_Assets variable is duplicated by seeing the variable pane!
