Can we manually train it and add other fields that can be extracted from an invoice

I am just hoping that we can manually train it and add other fields that can be extracted from an invoice such as:

  • vat registration number
  • bank details such as account name and number
  • and more. Depending on what type of template the invoice have.

can you tell me how can i train my extracted result after present validation station scope(by using machine learning)
