Can not reach Edit Links tab in Excel

I need to reach edit links tab in excel. But Edit Links button is not available. Instead of the edit links button, there is a workbook links button.

How can I reach the Edit links tab?

I believe the desktop version of excel still shows “Edit links” and the online excel version shows it as “Workbook links”.
Can you confirm if you have opened excel in desktop or web ?
