It would be great to bulk-edit items. For example, I want to follow everything in AH in 1 click.

We do have some bulk capabilities in Automation hub in places like: user upload, business areas/categories upload, etc. These capabilities are present either in the interface or in the API. For the use case you presented, we do not have a bulk option - but we could consider it in the future. Can you share more details around your use case? In what scenario would you need to follow every idea in Automation Hub? Maybe we can find a workaround with the current set of capabilties that we have in the product.
