Automation cloud account merge

I have a new cloud account created. I have two organizations setup in the old cloud account. moving forward I will use only the new cloud account(new email id), so i would like to merge these two accounts. so that i can use the existing organizations in the new cloud account.

I would need more information to understand better your scenario.
You mention “I have two organizations setup in the old cloud account” → You can only have one Automation Cloud organization, I am not certain I understand what you mean by 2 organization setup in the old cloud account. Please clarify.

You mention that for you, new cloud account = new email id, did you change the email domain you are using for your Automation Cloud account?

“so i would like to merge these two accounts.” → would you like to merge the 2 different emails on the same user?

Can you tell us what type of subscription do you have? Community, ENT?
Can you tell us what services are you using in Automation Cloud?
What content would you like to have merged?
Let’s go back to the root cause: What was the reason for creating a new Automation Cloud organization?

We currently do not offer any merging capabilities. For this reason I need the clarifications to understand better the scenario.
