Job Description:
The Automation Opportunity Advisor takes on the challenge of designing,
developing, and re-engineering processes with automation tools to improve efficiency,
reduce risk, and enhance customer experience. Automation tools leveraged could
include robotic process automation, optical character recognition, document
understanding, machine learning, and/or process mining. In this role, you will serve as
the internal customer’s advisor and change agent to transform their business
operations with automation. You will be responsible for preparing business process
documentation, process flow analysis, technology-enabled process
improvements/redesign, requirements definition, data modeling, and detailed functional
solution design. This role is ideal for someone who is data-oriented, analytical and has
the intellectual curiosity to understand processes within various functions of Arvest.

Position is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with the ability to work additional hours as needed.

Position is based at 901 SW 14th Street, Bentonville, AR, however, remote flexibility is available for incumbents located anywhere within the Arvest 4 State Footprint (AR, KS, MO, OK). Occasional travel to Bentonville, AR would be expected.
