Allocate license to tenants via orchestrator API

Is it possible to allocate license to Tenants via Orchestrator API ? Also there is this link on documentation regarding registering Bots. But it mentions about disabling or enabling the license.

I am a bit confused with what all relevant to licensing can be automated? Please help me out on this as we plan to automate initial orchestrator deployment via CICD pipelines.
