Summary (abstract)
Currently, multinational companies face challenges in keeping up with different and constantly changing tax, labor, and data privacy laws in each country they operate in. Most of the compliance work is done manually—teams check government websites, read legal updates, and inform departments through emails. Some companies use basic tools like email alerts or document systems, but these are not intelligent and cannot understand the meaning of legal changes. This makes the process slow, prone to errors, and hard to scale as the company grows. It’s also difficult to know which departments are affected by new rules. As a result, there is a need for an intelligent system that can automatically monitor legal sources, understand the updates using AI, decide what actions to take, and use tools like UiPath to carry out those actions, helping companies stay compliant more easily and efficiently.

Today’s world many MNC’s are operating across the world so these international company faces many challenges due to the dynamic change in the legal system
to solve this problem. We are building an automation system using the UiPath and agentic AI. It Moniter’s the government website and news and updates the legal document by identifying correct department changes related to update the officials

We’re developing an intelligent legal assistant that combines AI and automation to ensure compliance. It tracks legal updates from government sites, news, and databases, then summarizes and identifies impacted departments like HR or Finance. UiPath bots update policies, notify teams, and file reports automatically. This smart system can think, decide, and learn over time, reducing manual work, minimizing errors, and adapting to your company’s needs—making compliance faster, more accurate, and seamless across all regions.
